Job Description
- Provide outstanding customer service via phone, email, chat, or other communication channels.
- Continuously update knowledge of products, services, and company policies to provide accurate information to customers.
- Address and resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist customers with product/service information, troubleshooting, and account management.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to improve customer service processes and outcomes.
- Identify and escalate complex issues to higher-level support or management as needed.
Eligibility
- Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in a remote setting.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Flexibility to work different shifts, including evenings and weekends, if required.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to resolving issues.
- Proficiency with customer service software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment.
