Job Description
- Loan Operations: Review loan applications for borrowers applying for Branch loans, verity details and prevent fraud (main responsibility)
- Mission-driven and fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
- General: Various administrative projects as needed
- Product: Escalating customer feedback and technical bugs to help improve our products
Eligibility
- 0-4 years of previous job experience in business operations
- Ideal candidates will be extremely flexible with scheduling e.g. willing to work on weekends and occasionally holidays in lieu of week offs on weekdays
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
- Highly entrepreneurial and proactive
- Strong attention to detail
- Driven by data and highly analytical, good understanding of excel preferred
