- Develop metrics and reports that can be used to drive data driven decisions.
- Enable effective decision making by retrieving and aggregating data from multiple sources and compiling it into digestible and actionable format
- Define operations problems and identify right metrics, lead and lag indicators and provide actionable insights.
- Participate in planning discussions & make recommendations for new metrics, techniques, and strategies to drive desired business outcomes.
Eligibility
- BE/B Tech/Degree in Maths
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong problem-solving ability is a must for this role
- Ability to identify the right metrics to track, expert at data visualization and presentation
