Job Description
- Gauge a deep understanding of Recruit CRM Product Lines and its customers
- Develop and own user stories with acceptance criteria that represent the requirements provided by the business
- Work closely with business and engineering daily to ensure the movement of deliverables and act as a liaison for all communications
- During the initial 6 months of your Training period, you will be working with our Product team to gauge a deep understanding of Recruit CRM product lines and its customers.
- Based on your performance during the Training period, you will be moved to live projects and will start learning about core Product Management skills.
- This includes understanding new requirements and rolling out detailed user stories for the engineering team.
Eligibility
- Only freshers who will complete/have completed their graduation in the year 2024 / 2025 with any specialization should apply.
- We are a fully remote working organization.
- Upon successful completion of this 6 months program, on the basis of performance, you’re guaranteed a full-time position as Product Management Associate at Recruit CRM.
- The base salary is INR 600,000 per year.
- The entire process from application to selection will be virtual/online mode.
- Post-joining the working mode will be online/work from home.
- The selection process will be done through various rounds such as Online Test(MCQ), Assignments, and various virtual Interviews
