Job Description
- Provide text-based consulting services to platform users via email/online chat, addressing and resolving various issues encountered while using the platform.
- Inform customers about system and product changes to ensure they are updated on all major changes.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the leadership.
- Offer professional product consulting services for the platform’s customers.
- Calm and reassure customers, improving service quality and customer satisfaction.
- When necessary, record customer inquiries and relay their needs to relevant departments for product optimization.
Eligibility
- Strong customer service mindset. Experience in customer support and service is preferred.
- Good team collaboration skills and execution ability, with strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Background or knowledge in the financial industry (stocks, futures) is a plus.
- At least one year of experience as an Chinese-English customer service representative in the virtual currency, securities, or financial exchange sectors.
