Job Description
- Assist with onboarding and employee engagement activities
- Support in maintaining HR databases and records
- Assist with job postings, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews
- Maintain candidate pipelines and track application statuses
- Help build employer branding campaigns and candidate experience initiatives
- Support day-to-day finance operations, including reconciliations and data entry
- Assist in preparing financial reports, budgets, and forecasts
- Support office and facilities management, vendor coordination, and documentation
- Help organize internal meetings, logistics, and travel coordination (if applicable)
- Working alongside projects leads to track progress on active initiatives
- Assist with meeting documentation, follow-ups, and stakeholder communication
- Help manage project dashboards, Gantt charts, or task tracking systems (e.g., Trello, Jira, Asana)
Eligibility
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business, Management, HR, Finance, or a related field
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn
- Comfortable working with MS Office / Google Workspace and collaborative tools
- Available for a minimum of [6 months]
