Selection and Interview Process at Amber
The interview process at Amber typically comprises three rounds, starting with a technical assessment, One-on-One round, proceeding to a Managerial or HR interview for applicable roles.
1. Application/ Initial Screening: You submit your application (through a referral, job portal, or directly). The recruiter then screens your resume, checking for relevant experience such as sales, operations, and lead or client management.
2. HR Round: Your communication skills, motivation, and clarity about why you’re interested in the role and the company are evaluated.
3. Assignment Round: In many cases, there’s a small assignment — for example, a past candidate was asked to draft an email to a property manager confirming a property’s availability.
4. One on One Interview: After the assignment round (or directly after HR if no assignment is given), you’ll have one or more one-on-one interviews, usually with operations or team leads. These interviews can include behavioral, situational, and role-specific questions related to operations, client handling, or basic logic and data.
5. Offer: If you successfully clear all the rounds, you could receive a job offer. According to reports, the entire process from application to selection typically takes less than two weeks.
