Selection and Interview Process at Sprinklr
The interview process at Sprinklr typically comprises three to four rounds, starting with a Phone screening or aptitude assessment, then technical round, proceeding to a HR interview for applicable roles.
1. Resume Screening & HR / Recruiter Call: Your resume is reviewed to assess your technical background, experience, and alignment with the role. If shortlisted, you’ll have a brief call with the recruiter or HR. This discussion typically covers your experience, current role, career goals, availability, location preferences, and basic role fit. It is generally non-technical but important, as it sets expectations for the upcoming interview stages.
2. Technical Assessment / Online Coding Round: This is usually the first technical evaluation stage. It may be conducted as an online coding test or as a live coding interview. The primary focus is on Data Structures and Algorithms (DSA). Common topics include arrays, strings, linked lists, stacks, queues, trees, graphs, dynamic programming, hash maps, heaps, and problem-solving techniques.
3. Technical Interview: Once you clear the initial coding assessment, you’ll move on to one or more in-depth technical interview rounds. These are typically conducted virtually (via video call) or on-site. These rounds generally include coding + data Structures & algorithms. Interviewers evaluate your problem-solving approach, coding accuracy, optimization skills, and ability to communicate your thought process clearly.
4. Final HR Round: The final HR discussion focuses on evaluating your overall fit and aligning expectations before extending an offer. Discussion about your motivation for joining the company and long-term career goals. Assessment of cultural fit and alignment with team values. Conversation around compensation expectations, benefits, and notice period.
