The interview process at Volvo typically comprises three to four rounds, starting with a Phone screening or aptitude assessment, then technical round, proceeding to a HR interview for applicable roles.
1. Application & Screening: Candidates submit their application through the official Volvo Group careers website or trusted job portals such as LinkedIn. The application typically includes a resume, academic records, and any required supporting documents. The recruitment team reviews applications to ensure candidates meet the eligibility criteria, such as educational qualifications, academic performance, graduation year, and other role-specific requirements.
