Selection and Interview Process at Sprinto
The interview process at Sprinto typically comprises tow or three rounds, starting with a initial screening call, technical or case study assessment, proceeding to a one-on-one or HR interview for applicable roles.
1. Resume Screening: The interview process typically begins with resume screening, where recruiters evaluate whether your skills, coursework, and interests align with customer support and customer success responsibilities. They look for strong communication abilities, analytical thinking, teamwork experience, and any relevant exposure to SaaS or client-facing roles.
2. Initial Screening Call: This stage usually a 15–30 minute phone or video conversation with HR or a recruiter. During this round, you can expect questions such as “Tell me about yourself,” “Why are you interested in this internship?” and “What attracts you to Sprinto and this role?” This stage primarily assesses your communication skills, motivation, cultural fit, and basic understanding of customer success or support functions.
3. Hiring Manager / Team lead: The focus shifts to evaluating your practical thinking and team fit. You can expect questions about how you would handle common support scenarios, manage customer satisfaction challenges, or respond to real-time issues. They may also ask situational or behavioral questions, such as describing a time you resolved a misunderstanding or handled a difficult interaction. Additionally, this round assesses how well your work style, mindset, and values align with the company’s culture and collaborative environment.
4. Decision / Offer: You will receive the offer details from the recruitment team. In some cases, the internship may also include a performance-based progression or conversion opportunity, such as structured accelerator programs or a potential Pre-Placement Offer (PPO) based on your performance during the internship.
