Selection and Interview Process at RealPage

The interview process at RealPage typically comprises three rounds, starting with a Aptitude, technical assessment, proceeding to a HR interview for applicable roles.

1. Online Assessment / Coding Test: The test format generally includes two medium-level coding questions along with around 10 technical multiple-choice questions (MCQs) that cover topics such as Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), Java, and other programming fundamentals.

2. Group Discussion: In this round, candidates are given a topic that can be either technology-related or a general topic, such as AI trends, and are asked to discuss it with other candidates for about 5–10 minutes. The main purpose of this round is to evaluate the candidates’ communication skills, ability to interact and collaborate in a team, and overall confidence while expressing their ideas.

3. Technical Interview: In this round, the interviewer mainly evaluates your projects, which are considered very important, along with the technologies you used while building them. They may also assess your understanding of basic Data Structures and Algorithms (DSA) or coding logic, as well as your knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts.
