Job Description

  • Collaborate with Senior members to design and develop electronics systems and components for various projects.
  • Assist in preparing design layouts, schematics, and detailed drawings in accordance with project specifications with Mentor Graphics tool
  • Conduct technical analyses and ensure designs comply with industry standards and safety regulations.
  • Support the documentation of designs, revisions, and project progress reports.
  • Engage in continuous learning to stay updated on new technologies, tools, and best practices in electronics design.
  • Contribute to team discussions and provide innovative solutions to technical challenges.
  • Self-motivated, capable of working with minimal supervision and timely manner.
  • Good Interpersonal skills and ability to work in team environment.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in both written and spoken English.

Eligibility

  • Bachelor’s degree in electronics & telecom engineering min. 7 CGPA/60% throughout.
  • Strong academic foundation with a focus on electronics design principles.
  • Basic knowledge of electronics & telecom design software such as Embedded C, Schematic design on Mentor Graphics, LT spice & similar electronics design tools.
  • Familiarity with industry standards and regulations EMI/EMC standard, Safety standard, IEC, IEEE etc.
  • A willingness to learn is critical.
  • Support on Circuit simulation & testing of electronic boards, Device driver programming additional advantages for team.

2. Aptitude Test: After shortlisting, candidates typically go through an aptitude or online test of around 30 minutes, which is of moderate difficulty and includes questions on basic quantitative aptitude, logical reasoning, and sometimes core technical concepts.

3. Group Discussion: During this round, the evaluators assess candidates on key aspects such as communication skills, confidence, and clarity of thought, focusing on how effectively they express ideas and engage in the discussion.

4. Technical Interview: In this round, candidates are primarily assessed on their core engineering fundamentals, making conceptual clarity extremely important. Interviewers also ask detailed questions about the candidate’s projects to evaluate their understanding and involvement, along with basic practical knowledge to see how well they can apply theoretical concepts in real-world scenarios.

5. Managerial Interview: In this stage, candidates are asked common questions related to their career goals, strengths and weaknesses, as well as experiences involving teamwork or leadership situations. The focus is on understanding the candidate’s personality, communication skills, and overall fit for the organization.
