- Support the development and enhancement of MIS reporting and analytics solutions for GMNS risk and compliance metrics
- Assist in data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and key risk indicators
- Work with structured and unstructured data to support identification of potential risk areas and process gaps
- Help prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations for leadership review
- Support root cause analysis by gathering data and assisting in identifying key drivers of risk trends

Selection and Interview Process at American Express
The interview process at American Express typically comprises three to four rounds, starting with a Phone screening or aptitude assessment, then technical round, proceeding to a HR interview for applicable roles.
1. Application / Resume Shortlisting: The process begins with submitting an application through the careers page, campus placements, or a referral, after which recruiters shortlist candidates based on factors like basic coding or technical exposure, projects, internships, and academic performance (CGPA). Once shortlisted, candidates typically move to the online assessment stage, which is often the first elimination round.
