Job Description

Selection and Interview Process at Accenture
The interview process at Accenture typically comprises three rounds, starting with a Aptitude, technical assessment, proceeding to a HR interview for applicable roles.
1. Cognitive/ Aptitude/ Technical Assessment: It generally covers quantitative aptitude, logical reasoning, and problem-solving, along with English grammar and verbal ability. In some cases especially during on-campus drives the test may also include pseudocode questions, as well as basic concepts related to networking, cloud fundamentals, MS-Office, and general technical awareness.
2. Coding Round: Candidates who clear the aptitude test proceed to a coding round with programming questions focused on arrays, strings, and basic algorithms.
3. Communication Assessment: This stage evaluates English communication through written tasks (emails, comprehension) and verbal abilities (fluency, listening, pronunciation). It may be non-eliminatory depending on the drive.
4.
