L&T Infotech to Hire 4,500 Freshers this Year.
L&T Infotech plans up to Hire 4,500 Freshers this Year amid high attrition. Compared to last year the company hires 3000 freshers.
According to the chief executive and managing director of LTI, Sanjay Jalona said, “We’ve plans to hire 4,500 freshers this year and we remain upbeat about our career upskilling proposition,”
As per Jalona L&T Infotech’s, the attrition rate has been dropped from 18.3 Percent in Quarter 1 of FY21 to 15.2 % while the net hiring increased from 4 Percent to 6 Cent during June Quarter.
