Job Description
- Connect with prospective students and understand their accommodation requirements.
- Guide students through the booking process and address their queries effectively.
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure high satisfaction levels.
- Follow up with leads via calls, emails, and messages to drive conversions.
- Maintain and update lead data on CRM tools.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.
Eligibility
- Currently in the final semester or recently completed a Bachelor’s/Master’s degree, with the program concluding before the joining date.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Ability to multitask and handle customer queries efficiently.
- Prior sales, business development, or customer service experience (preferred but not mandatory).
