Key Job details:
- Work profile would be for Insurance/Finance related processes.
- All processes are non-voice and back end operations
- Employee will be interacting only with clients and not customers using computers and the internet extensively.
- Resolve all vendor queries and requests coming via e-mails / Tickets within the agreed SLA
- Viewing and capturing details on the system
- Non-voice and back end operations
- Provide excellent customer service to clients
- Are good team players, independent, meticulous, pro-active, attentive to details, self-motivated, and able to adapt to new challenges
Eligibility and Skills:
- Any Graduates and Post Graduates (Non-Engineering) with 50% or above throughout academics and No Backlogs
- B.E/B.Tech, BSC, BCA only 2018 and 2019 are eligible if interested to work in the BPO nonvoice process
- 0-3 years experience
- Work Location: Bangalore & Shimoga
- Bangalore – INR 2,25,000 Per Annum + Shift Allowance of Rs.7000 per month for working in US shift
- Shimoga – INR 2,13,000 Per Annum + Shift allowance applicable working during US shift
