- Issue Solving – Troubleshooting and providing technical resolution on issues reported by customers through tickets, chat, or expert mode, for enterprise product suites like SAP Analytics, Business Intelligence, etc.
- Knowledge Transfer – Continuous technical upskilling for self and the peers, documentation of accrued knowledge
Eligibility and skills
- B.E/BTech/MCA – Computer Science/IT/E&TC/ECE
- Job Location – Pune (No other locations for this position)
- Shift Timing- Complete Night Shift Job (No Rotation/Day Shift)
- No Work From Home permitted post-pandemic (Employees will have to report for Night Shift from Office)
Qualification
- 60% overall education.
- Year of graduation: 2018/2019/2020
- CTC – 3.25 LPA (10% variable inclusive) Bond – 24 months (1 Lakh penalty for Non-Compliance)
- No standing Backlogs Immediate Joiner
