- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements for analytics and reporting purposes.
- Optimize the performance and scalability of Salesforce CRM Analytics solutions, ensuring efficient data processing, storage and visualization.
- Design and develop Salesforce CRM Analytics datasets, lenses, dashboard and stories to provide actionable insights and support data-driven decision-making.
