Key Job Details:
- Data Conversion is the process that provides the printing and mailing of regulatory reports, proxies as well as marketing materials to clients.
- Need to format the excel files, upload the files into mainframes and convert the file into standard 560byte file.
Eligibility and Skills:
- Excellent Oral and Written Communication skills as the associate needs to interact with Counterparts.
- Basic knowledge of Mainframe concepts will be an added advantage but not mandatory.
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint & Access)
- Excellent Time management, ability to work under pressure, and ability/willingness to learn.
- Willing to work in complete Nightshift (9 am EST to 6 pm EST)
