Job Description
- Knowledge of developing macros to enable automation
- Analytical skills – to understand and apply research and statistics in decision-making
- Critical Thinking – Using MIS
- logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems
- Judgment and Decision Making – Considering the relative costs and benefits of potential actions to choose the most appropriate one.
- Excellent communication and articulation
- High degree of proficiency with MS Word, Excel, Power Point & Power BI
- Ability to handle pressure situations
- Customer service attitude & effective problem solving skill
- Complex Problem Solving – Identifying complex problems and reviewing related information to develop and evaluate options and implement solutions.
- Partnering and Collaboration – working across teams which are outside direct circle of influence and collaborating with these team effectively to arrive at solutions.

- Develop macros to enable automation of compensation programs execution.
- Conduct ongoing research into emerging trends, issues and best practices.
- Perform multifactor data and cost analyses that may be used for compensation planning; Analyze, review & recommend changes to compensation programs and policies
- Use various methods and techniques and make data based decisions on compensation.
- Managing salary structure creation and maintenance.
- Analysis and MIS/Reporting – preparation of reports & Presentation.
- Handle employee’s queries.
- Raising change request in system and publish dashboards
