Job Description
- Facilitate and drive effective requirement gathering and configuration mapping workshops.
- Train customer resources on solution usage and enable them to be independent
- Support customer testing of the solution and address any issues
- Deliver high quality customer facing documentation
- Contribute to internal knowledge and skill updates .
Eligibility
- Associate Consultant-fresher
- Graduation with 1 Year of experience.
- Btech+ MBA Fresher
- Excellent communication (both written and verbal), presentation & organizational skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills and analytical ability
- Open to travel to customer sites in India and APAC as required by the project
- Open to Work in Shift Timings
