Job Description
- As a Technical apprentice, you will be responsible for driving sales for our ground-breaking products by building positive relationships with customers through digital communication.
- You will own the brand of Dell Technologies, ensuring every customer interaction is tailored and outstanding.
- Maintain good business relationships with customers by addressing their queries & concerns during pre-sales and post sales requirements (Documents/Quotes submission, Order processing, Delivery tracking, Installation arrangement, Escalations management, coordination with support functions, etc)
- Assist and support Inside Sales Account Managers in their day-to-day activities
