Job Description
- Manage organization ticketing queue and assign tickets as per established SLA guidelines.
- Communicate to respective teams about High Priority Tickets or Urgent issues.
- Handling Client calls on support Number and making sure they get help.
- Willingness to work in Evening/Night shifts (Rotational).
- Collaborate with other Support team members.
- Some administrative work in support of the Support team
Eligibility
- Customer handling skill is desired.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills are a must.
- Excellent organizational skills; must be detail oriented.
