Job Description:
- To promptly generate quotations to customers and, if necessary, suggest other options
- Provides technical or application or price quotation and related assistance to customers, sales, and Authorized Valve Distributors.
- Correspond with application experts at other world location as and when required for special applications / prices
- Collecting all the necessary details, scrutinize the documents and assist in creating new customers. Sending new customer code requests
- Knowledge about the Freight Terms, Inco Terms and Payment Terms.
- Order Processing after receiving PO from customers within 24 hours after scrutinizing
Eligibility
- Graduation Degree
- Chennai Work Location
- Maintains and updates sales database and ensuring it is properly documented for easy retrieval of reports
- Sending pending order reports to the management during month end and follow up with sales to achieve monthly sales target
