Job Description
- Partner with Clients and Internal Departments: Resolve all queries ensuring customer satisfaction and the earliest possible payment.
- Maintain Records: Keep accurate and up-to-date records of all collections activities and customer interactions.
- Analyze Customer Accounts: Identify delinquent payments and potential collections issues.
- Handle Other Ad Hoc Revenue Duties: Assist with additional revenue-related tasks as needed.
- Negotiate Payment Arrangements: Ensure timely collections of outstanding debts.
- Provide Ad-Hoc Reporting: Generate reports as requested by management.
- Undertake Account Reconciliation: Perform account reconciliation as required.
- Maintain Customer Self-Service Portals: Ensure customer portals are up-to-date.
Eligibility
- Education: Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills with high proficiency in English; comfortable interacting at all levels and with all internal and external stakeholders.
- Accounting Knowledge: Familiarity with accounting is a plus.
- Upbeat and Personable: Willing to contribute ideas and work with an international team.
