Job Description
- Proven ability to work on transactional processes related to HR & Payroll.
- Support US HR & Payroll teams with various benefits and reporting support.
- Experienced in supporting semi voice projects related to HR and Payroll for he North American Region.
- Ability to work on multiple HR & Payroll processes.
- Create process documents and monitor SLA’s for supporting projects.
- Maintain and improve key performance measures.
- Proactively manage customer issues related to the support requirement.
Eligibility
- Total experience of 0-4 years.
- Bachelor’s degree (Any).
- Should have experience in managing HR or Payroll processes for US. Having work experience in Lawson will be an added advantage.
- Should have experience in managing project with semi voice support.
- Should have good logical reasoning and analytical skills.
- Should have passion to continuously learn and grow.
- Basic knowledge in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Good written and verbal communication.
