Job Description

- Works through a list of repetitive tasks with a high degree of accuracy.
- Basic knowledge on Microsoft Active Directory, SailPoint, RSA and other multifactor authentication technologies an added advantage. Technologies related to user/group provisioning to effectively provide for core user identity management
- Strong oral and written communication skills in the English language to work effectively with end users and IT peers
Eligibility
- Any Graduation
- 0-3 Years of work experience
- Added advantage if candidate holds prior experience in BPO, specifically in an International Voice or Blended process.
- Excellent communication (written and verbal) and comprehension skills in English
- Willing to work in night shifts 24/7 environment.
- Manage processes according to our company methodology.
- Handle regular communication with the Client counterparts and build relationship with them for the future delivery.
- Continually seek out ways to improve Client satisfaction.
- Build the positive and supportive team culture, and help team to improve efficiency.
