- Able to visualize the techno-functional design, data, and software components of S&PP IT Solution (Sales, and Production Planning suite of products)
- Precisely understand Product design and specifications very accurately
- Deeply understand the RDBMS, data relationships, and normalization techniques
- Develop software components with utmost quality, adopting the design with a Test-driven methodology
- Simplify complex ideas and conveys them clearly in both oral and written communication
- Have to produce quality delivery, with zero defects adherence.
- Able to take ownership of Testing, UAT, and Integration tests across modules
- Able to troubleshoot Production issues/data issues, corrective actions and able to turn around swiftly to business support.
- Ensure appropriate use of Ford IT standards, processes, tools, and methodologies
Eligibility and Skills:
- B.E/B.Tech
- Freshers
- Fast learner of ERPs, Data analytics concepts, and Tools
- Ability to learn Data spreadsheet analysis/interpretation
- Know the concept of Agile solution delivery
- Willingness to upskill the knowledge on par with industry
- Understanding smart design thinking and its process
- Good in PPTs, Excel for explaining business problems and solutions
- Adaptive to learn Reporting tools, GDIA Integrations, Qlickview – desirable only
- Self-starter, ability to work independently, and self-motivated.
