Job Description
- Field inbound requests from clients via emails/texts/calls
- Understand the client’s requirements and up/cross sell to meet them
- Develop and qualify leads generated by our Marketing Campaigns
- Identify the best member of our Internal + external Sales team to work with a lead and assign them as an Account Manager
- Work with the internal sales and marketing teams to increase opportunities and maximize revenue
Eligibility
- Proficient with excel, G Suite, and CRM tools preferred
- Open to fresh graduates!
- 1 year of sales, customer service, business development, or operations experience is preferred
- Must have the ability to articulate product options and advantages
- Must have a strong analytical mindset with the ability to draw conclusions from campaign results
Skills
- Candidate should have capabilities to handle objections
- Ability and perseverance to handle Large account management or projects
- Ability to adapt, and learn complex solutions
- Ability to manage time effectively and multi-task without losing attention to detail.
- Confident and crisp communication over calls presence.
