Job Description
- Provides prompt and efficient service to the client including the appropriate escalation of any issues.
- Fulfill and maintain acceptable performance metrics such as quality, productivity, and attendance.
- Actively seek solutions through logical reasoning

- Serve as an advocate for the user community
