Key Job details:
- Regular review of employees claim as per the company policy
- Query handling with employees if there is any clarification
- Payments to the claims are based on agreed company practice.
- Management of documents and future retrieval
- Support the month-end account close process
- Arranging for travel advance, coordination with vendor and employees.
- Settlement of international travel claims
- Accounting and reconciliation of claims
- Supporting audit and tax matters
Eligibility and Skills:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent job experience with an emphasis in Business, Finance, Accounting, or Procurement.
- Knowledge in accounts payable processes.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Access, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Strong proficiency in Concur tool
- Good communication (Oral and written)
- Strong analytical skills, and consistently takes initiative when investigating issues and requests
