Job Description
- Analyze the impact of change on conversion rates and returns by running various A/B experiments for merchants.
- Assist in investigating and drafting cost/benefit analyses and business requirements showcasing potential solutions for business initiatives.
- Working cross-functionally with business teams to ensure development and implementation of programs as per timelines.
- Build long-lasting, value-based relationships with partners and create GoKwik Champions.
- Define, track, measure, and report key metrics that need to be monitored to improve Partner’s conversion rates.
- Devise mechanisms for control, performance monitoring, and reporting to internal stakeholders.
Eligibility
- experience working in a customer-facing capacity on a B2B SaaS product.
- expertise in establishing needs and deriving business insights from data and analytics.
- Working in data-rich contexts such as Ad-Tech, Fin-Tech, and E-Commerce Business Analysis for one to two years.
- Proficiency in creating requirements and creating business KPIs for reporting, as well as knowledge of Excel and Metabase.
- One or more years of relevant expertise in business or financial analysis
- high level of Excel comfort.
- Experience persuading stakeholders and offering business recommendations
