2. Group Discussion / Assessment (Occasional): Some candidates participate in a group discussion round. This stage typically focuses on general topics and is designed to evaluate communication skills, clarity of thought, and teamwork.
3. Aptitude or Communication Test (Occasional): In certain cases especially for roles that involve client interaction you may be asked to complete an aptitude or communication assessment. This can include reading comprehension, verbal ability, or basic analytical tasks.
4. Technical / Skill Interview: This one-on-one interview centers on your resume and role-specific knowledge. Expect questions related to your past experiences as well as foundational concepts relevant to the position, such as accounts receivable processes, business operations, or general process knowledge depending on the team you’re applying to.
5. HR / Final Discussion: The final stage typically focuses on behavioral and motivation-based questions. During this round, HR assesses your cultural fit, long-term goals, communication style, and overall alignment with the role. They may also discuss your availability, work preferences, and any remaining logistical details.
