Key Job details:
- Defining, analyzing, and reviewing technical architecture on the required platform and coming up with architecture options and recommendations
- Support problem and change tickets for client support operations (e.g. storage systems or server) for work involving problem determination and implementation of changes to hardware, software, applications or network systems.
- You will display management skills in your area of expertise, skilled to handle various tasks, prioritize and deliver on time
- Collaborating with fellow support colleagues and other internal organizations to provide superior customer service
- Will design, develop and/or re-engineer application components, and integrate software packages, programs, and reusable objects residing on multiple platforms and more.
Eligibility and Skills:
- BTech/BE/MCA/MTech/ME
- Bachelor’s degree or related
- Early Professional
- Proficient to ensure customer issues are resolved in the most timely and effective manner possible
- Hands-on expertise to assemble a complete and accurate problem/symptom description of reported issues.
- Be persuasive, persistent, and patient
- Proven analytical ability and possess validated organizational and administrative skills
- Proven Technical Support Skills and more
