Key Job details:
- Provide technical support for network issues via phone calls, email, webex and CRM.
- Troubleshoot issues, verify in lab environment, restore network services with confirmed resolutions, and update with the results.
- Issues recreation in network lab, defect creation and verification
- Communicate internally with developers, QA and field engineers
- Update issues in timely/kindly manner
- Solid understanding TCP/IP protocols in depth, familiar with protocols of VLAN,
- Routing and Forwarding, TCP, UDP, SSL, HTTP, DNS and etc.
- Good to have Certification: CCNA or CCNA Security
- Experience/Knowledge on Load balancer
Eligibility and Skills:
- Bachelor degree above in Computer Science or Engineering discipline
- BE / B.Tech (Any Specialization)
- Minimum Marks 70% Graduation in 2020
