Job Description
- Perform data entry of property, company and transaction information into the Research database
- Regularly monitor data quality dashboards to proactively monitor when inaccurate and incomplete data is entered into the system and quickly correct or escalate to the local Researcher
- Coordinate with Research team leadership on data quality sprints to increase completeness and quality of the data
- Participate in ad hoc projects as and when required
- Monitor company names in the database and appropriately merge and enrich each record with additional data
- Correct in accurate location information within the database based on a strict geographic hierarchy
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree and a demonstrated interest in commercial real estate
- Fresher’s may also apply
- Great communication skills and a positive attitude
- Analytical/problem solving skills are highly desired; ability to understand and communicate information to members of the Research team
- Research and IT groups
- Ability to multi-task, work successfully under pressure and effectively manage deadlines; strong organization and prioritization skills
