Job Description
- Filling in gaps and doing discovery
- Be a technical data resource – must be technical
- Updating the data structure – knowing how reports are run, integrating data, and how it should be structured
- Keeping the lights on existing processes
- Being there for Scrum Reviews – disseminating work that needs to be done
- Gathering, analyzing, and interpreting data to identify trends, insights, and potential issues related to data products
- Defining the vision, roadmap, and key performance indicators (KPIs) for data products, aligning them with business objectives
- Deciding which data product features to develop first based on their impact and user value
- Tracking the performance of data products using key metrics and making necessary adjustments to improve their effectiveness
Eligibility
- Strong data analysis skills (SQL, statistical analysis, data visualization)
- Understanding of product management principles
- Analyzing data but also using insights to drive product development and decision-making
- Business acumen and ability to translate data insights into actionable business strategies
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams
