Job Description
- Provide support to the Recruiting and Staffing team to ensure smooth launches with the overall goal of creating a positive experience for our clients and our employees.
- Execute established processes and procedures to ensure adequacy of onboarding for new hires.
- Work closely with Recruiting and Staffing Specialists to ensure timely job board postings for all locations as needed.
- Ensure documentation required by our Human Resources team are accurately and properly executed meeting all agreed upon deadlines.
- Liaise with the various Universities and College Career Advisors to develop a pipeline of recent Graduate for the non-attorney and entry attorney pools.
- Assist recruiters with conducting availability checks to our veteran candidate population for upcoming projects.
- Perform administrative tasks relating to the employment needs of our documents reviewers before, during, and after projects.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
- Intermediate proficiency in MS Excel, Outlook and Word required.
- Self-motivated, poised, and committed to providing exceptional customer service to both internal and external clients.
- Must be able to balance strong teamwork and collaboration skills with independent thinking.
