Job Description

  • Prepare and analyze trial balances and accounting schedules to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data.
  • Transfer trial balance data to the Income Statement (IS) and Balance Sheet (BS), supporting the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and analyses.
  • Input and update financial data in models and templates as per BU/client guidelines.
  • Conduct broad analyses of income statements, balance sheets, cash flows, ratios, and segment performance, proactively identifying exceptions or variances.
  • Suggest process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Participate in pilot project runs to determine cycle times and report findings to team leads.
  • Attend training sessions and walkthrough calls, actively engaging with relevant questions.
  • Adhere to Kroll’s policies, procedures, and protocols at all times.
  • Contribute to team discussions and huddles to support collaboration and knowledge sharing.

Eligibility

  • Bachelor’s degree (preferably in BAF, BFM, B. Com, BMS, BBI, BBA, etc.) or a Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Management.
  • MBA or MMS from an accredited college or university.
  • Strong analytical, comprehension, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Good understanding of financial statements and accounting concepts, with preferred background/exposure in financial reporting, financial modeling, and preparing trial balances and various accounting schedules.
