- Operational Support: Contribute to the daily operations of the Premium Processing (PP) team by supporting activities that ensure the delivery of an efficient, high-quality service to the business.
- Timely and Accurate Processing: Complete all assigned premium processing tasks accurately and within agreed timelines, ensuring adherence to established Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Issue Escalation: Proactively raise queries or concerns to Senior Technicians or relevant stakeholders when unable to complete assigned tasks or when clarification is required.
- Continuous Improvement and Development: Actively participate in feedback sessions, training, and personal development initiatives to enhance performance and expand professional capabilities.
