3. Technical Interview: After the assessment, you’ll have a technical interview with a Customer Support Team Lead, where they’ll explore your problem-solving approach, how you manage different types of issues, and your familiarity with customer support metrics and workflows. This stage may also include role-playing or simulated chat interactions to see how you perform in real support scenarios.

4. Cultural Fit Interview: There might also be a cultural-fit interview with senior leadership, such as the Head of Customer Support. While often listed as optional, this conversation focuses on how well you align with the company’s values, your communication style, your approach to teamwork, and how you’d integrate into their remote, globally distributed environment.

5. Offer: Some candidates report that the hiring process moves quickly, often taking around 1 to 1.5 weeks from application to offer. However, experiences vary—while some receive prompt responses, others mention periods of little to no feedback.
