Key Job details
- Monitor SaaS infrastructure availability and performance 24x7x365
- Monitor application health and report application errors, bugs & exceptions to the next level of escalation
- Adapt to any new changes in the technology and infrastructure used within the organization
- Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests
- Adhere to the documented incident escalation procedure
- Collaborate with other operational and development teams during triage and resolution of operational issues.
Eligibility and Skills:
- BSC/ BCA 2020 /2021 batch and Undergrads can apply for the role
- BCA/B.Sc graduates with knowledge of Amazon Web Services (AWS) or any cloud platform
- Bangalore – Outstation Candidates must be willing to relocate to Bangalore during joining.
- WFH for now but whenever required, need to relocate to Bangalore
- 24/7 shift and involves 2 weeks of 6 days working
- INR 21,500/ Month – for the first 6 months of the internship
- INR3.3 Lac / Annum after 6 Months + FebBonus+ Night shift allowance
