Job Description
- Understand software requirements and functional specifications
- Execute Manual Test Cases and report defects
- Assist in Automation Testing activities under guidance
- Perform regression, functional, and system testing
- Work closely with development and QA teams

Selection and Interview Process at Saneforce
The interview process at Decisions typically comprises three to four rounds, starting with a Phone screening or aptitude assessment, then technical round, proceeding to a HR interview for applicable roles.
1. Resume Screening: During the resume screening stage, your CV is carefully reviewed to check whether you have a relevant educational background such as a B.E/B.Tech or a similar degree. Preference is usually given to candidates who have completed a Manual and Automation Testing course and who demonstrate a basic understanding of testing fundamentals,
2.Technical Interview: The technical interview is usually a face-to-face session and serves as the main evaluation round for the Software Tester Trainee role. In this round, candidates are assessed on their understanding of software testing fundamentals such as the difference between manual and automation testing, SDLC versus STLC, various types of testing including smoke, sanity, and regression testing, as well as test case creation and bug reporting.
3. HR Interview:In this stage, the HR team discusses important details such as the candidate’s availability to join (with a preference often given to immediate joiners), salary expectations, and other joining formalities. They may also provide insights into the company’s team culture, work environment, and working hours. This final stage is mainly focused on aligning mutual expectations and confirming the offer details.
