Key Job details:
- Conduct analysis and design sessions with client staff
- Document user interface and system integration requirements
- The document, research and assist in the resolution of issues throughout the SDLC
- Support client development teams throughout all phases of application implementation
- Provide configuration assistance to support the client implementation team
- Act as liaison between the client implementation and the product development teams
- In addition, job activities may include: Project coordination and project management
- Augment/Support QA staff with specific subject matter expertise
- Develop and maintain client and internal staff configuration related documentation
Eligibility and skills:
- Bachelors Degree required; Computer Science, Mathematics, Management Information or Engineering is preferred
- 0 to 3 years of work experience
- Demonstrated analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills
- Ability to learn new and complex topics quickly
- Ability to work collaboratively with a team and as a strong independent contributor
- Ability to quickly build credibility and rapport with clients as well as colleagues
- Professional presence, exercising good judgment, and taking initiative when necessary
- Experience with web-based application designs
- Experience/Exposure to relational databases, Web development and more.
