Job Description
- We are seeking a motivated and technically curious Pega Developer (Fresher) to join our team. This role is ideal for recent graduates with a strong foundation in computer science, hands-on experience with the Pega Platform, and exposure to AI/ML technologies.
- The candidate will be involved in designing and developing low-code solutions, contributing to intelligent automation initiatives, and supporting digital transformation projects.
- Assist in the development and configuration of applications using the Pega Platform.
- Work on core Pega components including:
- Case types, Decision rules, Flows, UI rules, and Validations.
- Support the implementation of business logic and workflows aligned with client requirements.
- Collaborate with senior developers and business analysts to understand functional specifications.
- Contribute to AI-integrated projects using tools like LangChain, Gemini API, and ChatGPT API.
- Participate in testing, debugging, and deployment activities.
- Learn and apply best practices in low-code development and agile methodologies.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field (B.Tech preferred).
- Academic or project experience with Pega Platform.
- Exposure to Python, Flask, Streamlit, and HTML/CSS.
- Familiarity with Generative AI tools and LLMs (LangChain, Gemini API, etc.).
- Understanding of basic machine learning concepts and data handling.
- Knowledge of Pega Constellation and Pega GenAI.
- Experience in building web applications and working with real-time datasets.
- Certifications in Python, Data Analytics, or Power BI are a plus.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking.
