Selection and Interview Process at Sopra Steria
The interview process at Sopra Steria typically comprises three to four rounds, starting with a Phone screening or aptitude assessment, then technical round, proceeding to a HR interview for applicable roles.
1. Online Assessment: These sections generally include aptitude questions that assess quantitative ability and logical reasoning, along with technical multiple-choice questions related to computer science fundamentals. In some cases, the assessment may also include pseudocode or flowchart-based questions to evaluate problem-solving and logical thinking skills.
