TCS to Hire 40,000 Freshers from Indian Campuses
TCS (Tata Consultancy Services): The gain Indian IT company is going to hire more freshers in India. Plans to hire 40,000 freshers from Indian Campuses in FY22.
The company’s chief of global human resources Milind Lakkad mentioned that previously, in 2020 TCS has hired 40,000 freshers from the campus. The current workforce of the company has over 5 Lakh employees.
Further, the Chief operating officer of TCS NG Subramanian, said “There is no depth of supply, as far as India is concerned. There’s nowhere else in the world that you will get such phenomenal talent and the scale that it will get in India,”
The Tata group said that “The workforce continues to be very diverse, comprising 155 nationalities and with women making up 36.2% of the workforce,”.
More planning and hiring will be soon implemented from the TCS.
