They also assess the overall clarity and structure of the resume to ensure the information is well-organized and easy to understand before deciding whether to move the candidate to the next stage of the interview process.
2. Short Online Test / Assignment: This task is designed to evaluate practical skills related to handling data. For example, candidates might be required to enter sample data into Excel or Google Sheets, clean or organize a dataset, or check the data for accuracy and proper formatting. These tasks help the employer assess the candidate’s attention to detail, ability to manage data efficiently, and familiarity with basic spreadsheet tools.
3. HR / Operations Interview: During this stage, the interviewer asks general and role-related questions to understand the candidate’s background, skills, and suitability for the internship. Common questions may include asking the candidate to introduce themselves, explain why they want to pursue the internship at Toddle, and describe their level of comfort with tools like Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
