Selection and Interview Process at Tomia
The interview process at Tomia typically comprises three rounds, starting with a Aptitude, technical assessment, proceeding to a HR interview for applicable roles.
1. Resume / Application Screening: After you apply through LinkedIn or the company’s careers portal, the HR team reviews your resume to assess basic eligibility. This includes your educational background and key skills such as Linux, SQL, and telecom domain knowledge.
2. Initial / Technical Interview: This is typically the first formal interview round and focuses on assessing your technical fundamentals relevant to the role. Interviewers evaluate your understanding of Linux commands or scripting, SQL queries, and basic networking or telecom concepts.
3. Additional Technical or Managerial Round: In some cases, candidates may go through an additional technical or managerial interview after the initial screening. This is more common for engineering roles and typically involves deeper technical discussions.

This stage focuses on assessing motivation, cultural fit, teamwork, and communication skills. HR may ask you to walk through your resume, explain why you want to join TOMIA, and describe how you handle various workplace situations.
